Shaw Insurance Agencies Ltd. was originally formed in fall of 1981.  This was a single agent life insurance agency.  In January of 2002 the business moved to Leduc. Since that time the property and casualty side of the business has grown so much that the life and investments are now being managed by Hardy Financial Services Ltd. out of Edmonton.  The "Hardy Boys" are a valuable asset to the clients of Shaw Insurance Agencies Ltd.
